We offer excellent, good value food that is adapted to the season with an emphasis on Japanese cuisine. Our imaginative selection of dishes, from mushroom, truffle and prosciutto soup to the best chocolate souffle dessert are creative, visually stunning and taste great. Whilst our menu list may be narrow, the food we create is fresh and tasty. Iguana promise innovative creations with our daily specialities.
Our classic salad of spinach with blue cheese, pears and walnuts harmoniously combine the freshness of the vegetables and intense flavours of meat and cheese. Duck and oranges, avocado and shrimp, tuna with lime, coriander and mint are some more flavour combinations to enjoy, or try our salad with chicken and peanuts.
Steak with wasabi and figs or grilled tuna with avocado salsa and tomato or are just some of our specialities. Coconut milk and sweet chilli salmon or sample our other Japanese influenced dishes including salmon marinated in Sake for a sweet-salty taste sensation. Our tataki steak is a typical Japanese preparation in which beef is seared on the outside, left very rare inside, thinly sliced and served with a marinade of soy sauce and ginger.
Recommended for desert are date palm cake, our famous chocolate souffle and our cheesecake with lemon, pear, chestnut and warm apple.
